    First : You need to have GTA San Andreas in your computer ! If you don't have it, download it from here : http://www.megaupload.com/?d=906S7XPN
    And when the downloading finish ..,
    Download SA:MP from here : http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php
    You install the SA:MP in the GTA San Andreas file.
    Then lunch it and enjoy. Wink
